Blax Media Group is the development company of record for Steve Harvey and NuOpp Inc. BMG recently completed a back office overhaul which upgraded the entire website administration platform and enhanced the online presence of the popular “Strawberry Letter”, “Email Bag” and “Eugene Shout Out” segments.

BMG continues to work with Steve Harvey and the NuOpp, Inc. teams to develop applications, websites and platforms.

Finlandia Cheese returned to work with BMG for a second time to promote their new SmileSpot campaign which includes an eCard application to brighten someone’s day. Blax Media Group was responsible for the web architecture and development of this microsite with CMS.

The Official MySpace of Gerald Henderson (2008)

Bristol-Myers Squibb, a leading pharmaceutical company looked to redesign their previous website to promote their new products and testimonials in a clean and effective manner.  Blax Media Group worked as a consultant and offered development services to assist in the new Bristol-Myers Squibb website.

Blax Media Group assisted in the selection of the company-wide Content Management System (CMS), CSS templates for delivery, Flash libraries and code structure.

Coca-Cola was looking to update their World of Coca-Cola website with a FRESH, INNOVATIVE look.  Blax Media Group created a bright, fun and visually appealing layout for Coca-Cola.  Using the Adobe Suite of applications along with advanced CSS, Blax Media Group was able to assist Coca-Cola’s internal team in getting their new site up quickly.

Harlem Heights reality star Pierre Downing came to Blax Media Group looking for a site to kick off his acting career after success on the BET reality show.  A dual threat as a model, Pierre wanted a slick, modern site to allow casting directors, agencies, etc. to quickly view his body of work.  BMG supplied Pierre with a Flash website themed around a model/personality.

Urban Model sensation Buffie the Body worked with BMG to redesign her previous website.  Buffie was looking for a site that would not only be sexy, but also support some of her other endeavors.  BMG used themes to make each page “feel”  like it’s own mini-site.

Blax Media Group teamed up with “The View” co-host, Sherri Shepherd, to launch her first online community.  Utilizing bright earth tones and a warm design, BMG brought Sherri’s website to life.  The site is complete with a Content Management System (CMS) which sits on PHP/MySQL.

The Official Myspace of Low Budget TV (2008)

When Levi’s relaunched their international 501 Rebirth websites, BMG was chosen to help bring their ideas to life by providing a “Sim City” effect to their microsites.  BMG used renderings, video and still shots to create microsites representing various regions around the globe.   Utilizing Adobe Flash and other industry techniques, BMG launched all 10 microsites on time.

DigitalDivaz.com is a new urban model/booking/showcase site which features only the HOTTEST urban models in the game today.  The site needed to be hot, clean and a little more upscale than most urban model sites.    Blax Media Group used a combination of Flash, PHP, jQuery sitting on a mySQL Db for interactivity to bring this hot new product to the internet.

In addition, BMG was also selected to design the print and marketing materials for this new venture.  Digital Divaz has embarked on a national campaign with print ads scheduled to appear in prominent urban magazines such as SMOOTH, BlackMen, Urban Ink, Kandie Pages and more!  All designed by Blax Media Group

Blax Media Group teamed up with clothing GIANT Lifted Research Group AKA L-R-G to relaunch their existing website.  L-R-G was looking for something a little brighter, but still simple and clean to reinforce their tagline “Killing ‘em with Cleanness”.  BMG used clouds and refreshing mountain backdrops to bring this site to life.

Acclaimed Prophetess Marcia Morrison worked with BMG to launch a dynamic online presence to spread the gospel.  BMG supplied Prophetess with a dynamic color scheme and Content Management System (CMS) to accomodate her rapidly changing schedule of events.

Probably the biggest Blax Media Group project to date, Nestlé and their group of developers worked with BMG team members to relaunch the famous candy bar website.  BMG designed interactive Flash games, timelines, promotional materials and more.  BMG provided Nestle with over 15 designs before finally settling on the existing butterfinger.com design.

BMG also worked with Nestlé advertising and creative departments to solve mission critical issues and cross-browser issues while ultimately writing 100% valid code.

Sommore

When the “Queen of Comedy” was looking for a redesign of her site, www.sommore.com, she called on Blax Media Group, not only for their talent, but for their local ties (both Sommore and VP of New Media Eric Parker were born in Trenton, NJ).  Blax Media Group designed a clean, sultry and slick site to represent Sommore as the “Queen” she is.

Finlandia Cheese is a specialty cheese manufacturer that has been supplying customers with high quality cheese for many years.  Finlandia Cheese needed a facelift from their previous website which offered no interactivity and difficult navigation.  Blax Media Group along with Finlandia Cheese developed a clean and inviting interface opting for more graphics and less text to entice users to search for more information about the brand.

Blax Media Group won this project from a selection of 12 development firms which were vying for it.  MTV Networks was looking for a fun, but simple site to accompany the new Wayans’ Bros. comedy, “The Dance Flick”.  Blax Media Group used a combination of Flash and jQuery to bring this project to life.

Original Media, an Endemol Company, needed a facelift from their previous site as they were moving into featured shows such as LA Ink.  In addition, OM needed a small employee intranet to manage critical functions such as show schedules, employee calendars and work requests.  Blax Media Group designed and built a complete Flash front end and PHP/MySql intranet for OM to use.  Pressed for time, BMG completed this project in 2 months to the client’s satisfaction.

Toni Russell

Blax Media Group designed a clean and slick site for actress Toni Russell.  Using PHP/MySQL for dynamic content and a Content Management System (CMS) for Toni to manage her site, BMG made an easy transition from print to web for Toni.
